Conditions in Actions in zabbix 1.1

hello,

Are the conditions in Actions in zabbix 1.1 always AND or is it also possible with an OR function ?

this because i have a host with several items and triggers.
So i make an actions with conditions
1) trigger = (name of the trigger so that it cannot make a mistake with another trigger
2) trigger value = "off"
3) trigger value = "on"

any idea ?
