Data dictionary for Zabbix db

Is there a data dictionary available on the various tables that zabbix creates , Is there a way to find out which item is stored in which table
For instance : If i need to know the CPU utilization which table do i query

I need this to be able to tell my reporting software to go look at these tables / items for the required data i want

Please, read this and this page, maybe this urls will be useful for you.
Also, you can enable debug mode for your user and in "Monitoring -> Latest value -> some item graph/history ->Values" verify in which table it consist.
