i've tried and spent half a day looking at guides and forums for help but can't find a solution.
I'm trying to setup a simple Ping check to a host checking if it's alive
I've set-up a host -
hostname = machine
Group = Network
Agent Interface = 10.0.1.131 port 10050 (should i use agent or SNMP? since there is no agent?)
Status - monitored
Template linked to Template_Availability
After a few seconds it shown as unreachable and i can't get it to change.
fping is installed and in server.conf
If i click on the hostname and choose ping from the scripts it works.
