    Escalations in zabbix 2.06

    Hi there,

    i wanted to configure escalations on zabbix version 2.0.6. if i configure an action i don't see the "Default escalation period" all i see is "Default operation step duration" plus i cant seem to configure delay either as it is explained in the Zabbix 2.0 manual. the option doesnt seem to be there.

    any advise on this will be greatly appreciated.

        Escalation issue

        Hi there,

        I followed the link, and carried out the steps.

        1. Set the Default operation step duration to 600 secs in Actions.
        2. configured Operations Step 1 - 5 Duration 0;
        3. added my email address in send to users
        4. changed the conditions to EventAcknowledged = Not Ack

        but i am receiving emails from zabbix every 30s instead of 10mins as stated above. have i done something wrong?

          Please, check that option "Multiple PROBLEM events generation" in trigger configuration is disabled (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...iggers/trigger).
