Hide trigger status for each host on a map

For each host on the map, Zabbix adds "OK" or the name of a trigger or "# Problems". We use different icons to show trigger results quickly and the word "OK" or "2 Problems" has no added value. Is there a way to suppress the trigger status text that Zabbix adds under each label?

Maybe Use Language File

Instead, could I change the word "Problems" in the language file to something shorter? Hopefully just the word "Problems" when it is on a map can be changed. Then at least it would look better on the map instead of taking up so much space. Maybe I could change "Problems" to "probs" for example. Could that work? Suggestions?
