Is there any way to retrieve item trends through the API? We are new to and exploring Zabbix, version 2.0.6, and would like to remotely retrieve the reduced history over extended time for items. However, after researching it appears that item trends are not available through the API. I found the open issue for adding trends API in ticket ZBXNEXT-1193. Right now, I am only able to retrieve item history for the persisted time (default 7 days) and no further. Could someone assist me by verifying if trends are available by any method/hack through the API, or any other workarounds that users have implemented to retrieve item trends data other than directly querying the database? Please excuse my ignorance if this question has already been posted/answered in another thread, just point me the way and I'll check it out. Thanks for the time and help.
