I wonder if it is possible to administer the mysql database from a remote machine with zabbix server without being installed zabbix agent?

Take a look at zabbix_sender.

In this way, you will be able to produce a script (Perl, Python, etc..) that connects to your server using SSH or Telnet and send the collected data to Zabbix.
