I have setup the when active time periods for various users in our Operations staff depending on the shifts they are in. And I seem to have across a period when notification do not get sent. For instance, consider the following definition:
4-5,07:00-15:00;6-7,20:00-23:59;7,00:00-08:00;1,00:00-06:00
This works great unless there is an alert between 23:59 and 00:00. From the documentation for 2.0, the upper bound of time period specification for 23:59 is translated as 23:58:59. So an alert that occurs at 23:59:13 does not get sent.
We are on 2.0.6.
Any ideas on what can be done to address the lapse in period even though the attempt is to cover the hours from 8pm to 8 and 6am in the above setup?
