Okay, the simple checks get data? the icmppingsec[] and icmppingloss[].

Since the simple checks work with icmp and agent.ping does not I still think it's something about traffic with 10050 getting blocked.
Are the server and agent in the same network or are they in seperate networks? And is the agent behind NAT?

Alright, is the windows agent behind NAT? If so, are there other machines also using the same ip?

If not, make sure there are no firewall rules on a router in between your server and agent that block 10050.

So you have multiple hosts with the same ip on your zabbix server?
If you want to monitor multiple hosts behind NAT you will have to use different ports I think. (Unless I'm mistaken and it uses the hostname of the agent?)

My zabbix server is in an other network. In my zabbix server i have one host with one ip. But in my network, i have many host connecting with the same public ip adress. I want to monitor one machine (agent)

Okay, are you sure there is nothing in the way that is blocking 10050? Your router for example?

Hmm I'm kinda running out of thoughts. What versions are your agent and server?

Perhaps try to do some tests with connectivity. As the main problem seems to be that your server can't connect with the agent via port 10050 (telnet agent 10050)

                      Version Zabbix server : 2.0.5
                      Version Zabbix agent : 2.0.6

                      I don't understand what happened!!!
Now the ping from zabbix server to agent don't work : destination host unreachable
and when i try telnet ip agent 10050 : unable to connect to remote host : no route to host

So, are the things still broken? Are you able to ping normally from the server to the agent?

It seems that your problem is related to a network issue. As I understand you probably don't want to tell your IPs etc. on a public forum I thought I should pm you.

I want to help you solve the issue but then I need some information.
Is your agent in a NATTED enviroment, does it have a ip like 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x or 172.16.x.x? If so, does your router have an open port for 10050? Try to telnet your router with telnet router.ip 10050.

I say this because I think it is a firewall issue.

My server have a static IP address in a network and my agent is in another network. I use a router to connect to internet. My public ip adress in agent is dynamic there are attributed by ISP. In my local network we have this range 192.168.x.x. When i add a host in my zabbix server i used my public adress.

Ah ok, so your public ip may change over time, perhaps thats the reason why all your items went red all of a sudden.
Further I have no idea how your router handles 10050 traffic, but I wouldn't be surprised if it blocked it. Try to find out if it's certain that your router allows 10050 traffic.
