Oke, well so far I'm kinda out of ideas what might be your problem. The only thing I can think of is that your public ip by your provider is probably a dynamic address so it changes overtime.

Looking at your router manual it only says this about firewall what might be an issue:

This menu is used to create incoming IP filters to refuse data from the WAN to the
LAN and list the existing incoming IP filters.
By default, all the incoming data is refused when the Firewall is activated.

But if your firewall is off it's fine I think.

My situation now is that the ping works from server to agent and telnet not.

My firewall is off and i added an ip filter comming using all informations (ip adress and port)

Now my host is red and i have this error : Interrupted system call
