Zabbix server migration.

I am facing a strange issue...

I need to upgrade and migrate from Zabbix 2.0.3 running on Ubuntu, to Zabbix 2.0.6 running on CentOS.

Can anyone point me to some DOCS or hand some quick advice that might help out a little here. The database schema is my main concern. Any help? Aid? Advice?

There is no "migration" process, just backup(Ubuntu) and restore (centos)!
Then copy externalscripts/actionscripts etc.
2.0.3 and 2.0.6 are DB the same.
