Looking for someone to assist me on getting Zabbix installed and configured for a few computers on our network.

I am looking for the following configurations to be completed:
Zabbix agent and agent-less monitoring (e.g. from remote without SNMP or agent software)
Multiple user access (read only) based upon single server or groups of servers assigned to a specific user
Linux Server Ports to be monitored: SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, POP, MYSQL (or any other port which may need to be monitored)
Monitor web site URL for content response (e.g. make sure response code is either in the 200's or 300's and NOT 400 or higher).
Poll servers using Agent -OR- SNMP every XX minutes (to be able to be defined by the administrator on a per-server basis).
Windows servers Ports to be monitored: MSSQL, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, POP, MYSQL, MSTSC (or any other port which may need to be monitored)
In the event of an issue, notify by email both a support email address AND the users email address. Provide information on how to configure Zabbix to alert more than one email address if after hours (e.g. Server 1 has 2 people to notify in the event of an issue-- Person1 between M-F 9AM-5PM and Person 2 between F-M 24x7, etc.
Document how to setup a new user and server with the above requirements. Keep in mind a user account may have more than one server to monitor.
