There are no Action, Graphs and Maps. I have configured wrong?

I setup "ZABBIX 1.1beta12". I am trying with 3 window host.

With GRAPH:
Choose Configuration and choose Graphs. Click on button "Create Graph". Named it "test" and leave all other things default value. click button "Save" and it said "Graph 'test' added" but in the list I saw "No graphs defined".
Look at database : table "graphs" has a record "2,900,200,0,0.0000,100.0000,0,1,1". And table "graphs_items" is empty. Anything wrong?

With MAP:
Next, I try with a map. I added a map with name "Test" and leave all other things default value. Choose monitoring -> map and I see an error icon like there is no picture. Properties of this picture has the location "http://localhost/zabbix/php/map.php?noedit=1&sysmapid=1". Why we don't have a tutorial for create map?

With ACTION:
I create an action with:
- Send message
- Trigger
- Host Group = "Templates" (I have clicked add and it display on condition list).
- Send message to: Single user.
- User: me (I have config an email address for this user).
- Subject: {TRIGGER.NAME}: {STATUS}
- Message: {TRIGGER.NAME}: {STATUS}
- No repeats
- Enabled
And click save.

After all trigger on Group Templates, there are "No actions found" on monitoring -> Actions.

Could anybody help me these? I am really new in Linux an zabbix.
