"Last 20 issues" miss several alert.

Hello All,
It's first post on this forum so please not to be very hostile.

First of all want to say that i tried to "google" and search through forum before asking (telling this in case if there was similar question).
Q.:
I have zabbix server, zabbix active proxy and several hosts.
Hosts monitoring have done via Z.proxy.
But several items (SNMPv2 agent) recieves data, but in "Last 20 issues" and "Events" there is no data about alerts.
Other "SNMPv2 agent" items are fine.

when you open items (in host) do you see trigger count on that item?
have you tried sync config to proxy? (

zabbix_proxy -c /usr/local/etc/zabbix_proxy.conf -R config_cache_reload

)
