Cant access zabix on another Internet Network

So i setup zabbix and i setup my subdomain to point to zabbix and port forwarded in my house.

zabbix.mydomain.com and my router is forwarding the port 80 to that computer.

If i go to zabbix.mydomain.com on my home itnernet it loads fine.

If i go to zabbix.mydomain.com on another internet not in my house it doesnt load it says Gateway Timeout.

Does this have anything to do with the zabbix.conf in apache2 folder?

I added the line Allow from all but it doesnt work still.

Im still stumped it should be working but isnt for some damn reason.

Im unable to access zabbix from any IP on any external other than the network i run it on it.
