Good morning, I am working with power devices in zabbix but I have not managed to connect a specific brand, configure the SNMP Device Template, but snmp icon remains red, the Community I'm setting is public, anyone who can help with this problem?

I'd suggest that you first debug the SNMP issue with snmpget from the command-line, using the same parameters (eg. community, port, version & OID).

I was reading about SNMPGET but I was clear syntax
snmpget-v 2-c public ip device ....... OID?
By using snmpwalk this is the result.
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0 = OID: iso.3.6.1.4.1.5961.4.99
only this is what I answer the device.
And this is where I'm stuck
