Batch adding graphs to screens

Is there a way to easily add loads of graphs to a screen?

I have 3 52 port switches that I want to show on a screen so that the chaps managing the switches can easily see port traffic on all their switches on one page.

It would be great if I could tell Zabbix to add them all at once.

Alternatively can I edit a screen definition of some sort as XML in an editor and then import it like you can with a template?

You can export and import screens as xml files
Change of the xml file must be the fasted way.
But you may also be able to do it with the API e.g.:
