How do I disable Login as Guest in the front login page?

That setting is controlled at the user group level. Go to Administration --> Users and go to your "Guest" user group. Under the "Name" column click on "Guests"... then see screenshot below.

(You may also be able to uncheck the "Enabled" box. I'm not sure the difference between that and disabling frontend access)

I did all that but i still see the button on the login page and it still goes into zabbix.

I also had to ensure the Guest user was in the Guests group after making the change to disallow front end access.
