I have a problem that I am sure is just me being dumb!
Situation as follows.
I am trying to create a user/group combination that can 'self manage' their own triggers, alerts and servers.
I create the user, assign them to a group that has READ/WRITE permissions to their groups and servers. No problem. They can see their servers and view all reports.
What they cannot do is to add servers, triggers or items.
Is there a way to do this?
If I add them to the admin group - this would potentially work - but would also open their access up to other clients servers! Not a good idea!
Any ideas?
