cannot send list of active checks to [127.0.0.1]

I see this in the logs of my proxy.

cannot send list of active checks to [127.0.0.1]: host [Zabbix server] not found

Zabbix server is the default host that comes with a new Zabbix install, yes?

I deleted that. I have looked and looked and looked, and unless I am losing my vision I have no host called Zabbix server in my system, and certainly none that would go to my proxy.

    Any ideas?

If I recall correctly, even if you had a host at one time using Active checks and then deleted it, you will still see these log entries. It has been brought up to Zabbix devs, but I don't know why this still gets populated into the logs.

(Edit) Probably the proper way to delete a host like that would be to unlink/clear all templates/items from it, or set all items to passive, before deleting the host.

Hi, I have that error to on the latest Zabbix version 4.
Is possible to somehow get it from logs, while the logs are then too big and is problem to find related errors.

      Thanks.

Have resolved it. Need to check the name in config file and in host name. Need to be exactly the same with the same capitals.
    Working...
