    Difference between PROBLEM and OKAY trigger ( zabbix agent unreachable for 5 minites)

    Hi All,


    I have configured trigger for hosts to verify zabbix agent is reachable or not using below trigger
    Code:
    {IT-Servers-Windows:agent.ping.nodata(300)}=1
    Whenever above trigger is triggered, i have configured corresponding actions in Configurations -> Actions to send email. So i get 2 emails.
    One for problems with subject as PROBLEMlike this
    Code:
    Trigger: Zabbix agent on HOSTNAME - 192.168.1.123 is unreachable for 5 minutes
    Trigger status: PROBLEM
    Trigger severity: Average
    Trigger URL:
    
    Item values:
    
    1. Zabbix Agent Ping (HOSTNAME - 192.168.1.123:agent.ping): 1
    After some time i get another email with OK as subject with below contents
    Code:
    Trigger: Zabbix agent on HOSTNAME - 191.168.1.123 is unreachable for 5 minutes
    Trigger status: OK
    Trigger severity: Average
    Trigger URL:
    
    Item values:
    
    1. Zabbix Agent Ping (HOSTNAME - 192.168.1.123:agent.ping): 1
    The point i don't understand is, i get both OK as well as PROBLEM with same contents, should't it send with different body, i mean this should trigger when
    Code:
    agent.ping
    is zero.

    Please point out what i am doing wrong. Any pointers are greatly helpful.
