How to set the default events shown

Hi all!

is it possible to set which events are shown by default when clicking on the "events" tab on the GUI? I mean, specifying which hosts and timespan. Now it's always showing an specific host and 7 days of events...

Maybe it's related to having the same user connected from different browsers?

Administration --> General --> GUI is the only place I know where you can adjust that. (Show events not older than...)

Thanks for your answer! The configuration under Admin -> General -> GUI does not fix my problem, but I'm trying to figure out if it's stored on a cookie in the browser.
