Accessing Zabbix front end from remote user through vpn

Hi guys, I am having this error message while trying to view zabbix from a remote user through vpn connection.

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

I have already added in the /etc/apache2/conf.d/zabbix.conf my ip address and allow from any but I'm still getting the error message. Can someone help me with this?

Make sure that you've reloaded your Apache configuration after you've added your IP address.

Secondly, check your Apache error logs for your IP address/connection attempts and make sure that you've added the correct IP address, because you may often have another IP address due to masquerading done on the VPN server.
