Does Zabbix have the function to graph top 5 memory or cpu consumer like new relic

I just want to know does Zabbix have the function or module to graph top 5 memory or cpu consumer like new relic?

Or can Zabbix graph top 5 memory or cpu consumers in that way by customizing template ?

Any clue or experience will be very appreciated !

I have that implemented, but I really only use it as a troubleshooting method on problem servers. I only activate it when there are known issues.
