Monitor Linux service/Pocess

Hi,

I am new to zabbix and I am wondering if zabbix offers some easy way to monitor Linux service/process running on a different machine than zabbix server.

Desired state is to be aware of situation when service is off and being alerted.

I have redis install on my linux(RHEL7.2) server i want to check its status its running or stopped and its cpu and ram utilization
can you please help me what is the key which i have to use for this
