Where is the "Low disk space" trigger?

I've applied the "Template OS Windows" to some dev boxes for testing and I see the alert\trigger "Free disk space is less than 20% on volume C:".

I would like to change the threshold of this, but when I click on the "Triggers" tab of the Template, I don't see any trigger that matches this one.

Where is this trigger defined?

Under "Discovery rules" this trigger prototype is defined for "Mounted filesystem discovery" rule.

Also be aware that when you change something associated with discovery rules, it can take upwards of an hour to take effect.
