    vlan bandwidth on trunk link

Is there a way to monitor bandwidth on particular vlan on fat trunk link ?

vlans(not SVI) are not shown as interfaces(ifDescr/ifAlias). Some vendor MIBS, such as HUAWEI-L2VLAN-MIB, do not contain any usefull information.

Is it possible to do on huawei switches or in general...??

    Thank you,
    MiZo

    Hi,

Yes, it is possible, but your device must provide such informations. I has able to get vlans values from at least four different distributors / vendors. And it's related with the last firmware version available too.

You need to do a snmpwalk and hope to see something related with your vlans. You can download the vendors mibs to your server and try to use them with this command:

    snmpwalk -M +/root/mibs/ -m +ALL -v1 -c communityname xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

    I don't know about huawei...

      Hello everyone,

With zabbix 5 I supervise several Cisco switches, but I supervise the network interfaces as well as cpu, ram of switch layer 3 ... I want to supervise the VLANs ??? please Help,

SNMP is already activated on the switch level 3, I want to know, if there is a configuration to be done at the switch level or at the zabbix level

      Best regards,
