Get value from web page and send alarm

Hi!
I need to detect value changes on URL and if for example value is equal to 8 send alarm to admins.

I've URL server.com/index.php?=Changed it shall get it content - some value for example value is 8 and send alarm to admins.

for example trigger {host:web.page.get[server.com, index.php?name=Changed, 80].last(5)}>8

But I have error here..


How can I implement it?

I will be grateful for any help or info.
