I would like to control what triggers cause a system to be in the "Without problems" and "With problems" groups on the "Host status" widget. I am using 1.8.3.
I have a trigger called "Not reachable" that I don't want to cause a system to go in the "With problems" count. I have tried using Information or Not Classified severity, but they still go in the count. If I can't do this with the "Host status" widget, could I use screens to do this? Ideally I would like a column in green with the systems that are in contact and have no problems and another column in red with systems in contact that have problems. I would prefer not to include systems that are not in contact.
