Monitor 2 remote hosts

I suppose the topology of mine as below.

Zabbix ---------- Host_A ---------- Host_B

Please tell me how to monitor the connection between Host_A and Host_B only.

the "Zabbix" is possible to communicate with Host_A or Host_B individually, thanks for any help!
