The web check that is related to this action was only in a problem state for 2 minutes. The group in step 2 was not sent a notice of the problem (which is what I wanted) but they are being sent the OK message. Why is this and how can I change it? If an issue is resolved before the escalation then it doesn't make sense to notify the escalation group it is OK... or so it seems to me. Thanks!
