No email, but an alarm is showed on dashboard

Dear colleagues,

I have the following issue:

I have a zabbix with 3 nodes - main and two others (obviously)

On the one of the other nodes an alarm is triggered, it's visible on the dashboard, but no email is received and in the alarm information there is Column "Actions" where the message "no data" appears.

Does anyone has faced an issue like this. Actually it was working 1 month ago. Nothing was changed since then.

I cant see the image but are you saying you have 3 zabbix servers?

Make sure that your actions are configured right and that you have a media type tied to a user that is valid and that they have a valid email address.

Yes, I have 3 zabbix servers.

Now I think you can see the image.
Well actually it was working fine around 3 weeks ago.
And something caused it to stop sending mails.
The alarms appear on the dashboard, but no actions.

I tried to find a reason, but couldn't find any.
