Two emails from trigger expression?

Trigger is:

{Web2:number.lumberjack.procs.last(0)}<{Web2:number.lumberjack.confs.last(0)}

and the the userparameter are:

UserParameter=number.lumberjack.procs,pidof lumberjack | wc -w
UserParameter=number.lumberjack.confs,ls -1 /etc/lumberjack/conf.d | wc -l

Could this be "better" constructed?

It's been in place for a while. This seems to have just started today.

ok. I don't believe it is the trigger expression.

I cleaned up some duplicate Media entries and will wait it out to see if that clears up the issue.
