Zabbix log monitoring with multiple values?

Hi i want to ask about log monitoring,


that is possible to monitoring logs not for just one value, i mean i have item and trigger, but there is possible to stack of values for example to ten values and send email with that ten values?

for example, defaults message for email action:

1. {ITEM.NAME1} ({HOST.NAME1}:{ITEM.KEY1}): {ITEM.VALUE1}

2. {ITEM.NAME2} ({HOST.NAME2}:{ITEM.KEY2}): {ITEM.VALUE2}

(...)

10. {ITEM.NAME5} ({HOST.NAME5}:{ITEM.KEY5}): {ITEM.VALUE5}
