Show error Report in Trigger

Hi, i neither found here in forum, nor at google something to my problem. I like to read out a snmp-key from a printer. If this key is 3 or 4 there shall be a the error message be shown in the trigger-name or info-field. The error message would be in another item than the key. Reading out the items per snmp works fine and the trigger works, too. But i want to show the second item in this trigger. Has anybody an idea how to do this?
