All triggers disabled?

Every single trigger in every single host was found disabled today?

WHAT could possibly have caused that?

Did you check in the Administration log to see if a user did this? If not, any new API interactions or DB work done?

"Administration log"? never seen that. You must mean auditlogs.php?
Only my user logged in there.

Server was moved on Dec 1, 2013 to a new host.

10 "MySQL Server has gone away" errors since Dec 7, 2013.
zabbix server and db on the same host.

API interactions are not logged, so it's a little hard to tell there.
Only 3 admin users and 2 are inactive (they prefer to let me do it?)...

Are the blanks shown in the attachment me opening new tabs > ZABBIX after logging in? I frequently do that.

If your user name is jj then your user's id is 0.
Take a look at your users and see which user has an ID of 3.

Also, like MaxM said: check to make sure nothing changed with the DB.

SELECT alias, userid FROM zabbix.users where userid = '0';
comes back blank, empty, null

Also, under users.php "Is Online" no one shows anything recent except my id of 'jj'. Except for 'guest' and that user has zero privs.
