Value of one item in name of other

Hello.
I have 2 items:
1. SNMP ifAlias (some description)
2. SNMP ifOutOctets (port gigabitethernet1/0/1)

I want to add value of ifAlias to name of ifOutOctects

Expected name: Outgoing traffic on interface gigabitethernet1/0/1 (some description)

How to do this on 2.0.9?

You need use LLD rule to discovery and set name of the LLD Item as "Outgoing traffic on interface $1" and the key "ifOutOctets[{#SNMPVALUE}]".
For the SNMP OID you must set ifOutOctets.{#SNMPINDEX}

Yes, i know that - its simple. But how to add more details to name? For example description from ifAlias OID?

Name of this rule may looks like this:

"Outgoing traffic on interface $1 - $description_from_ifAlias".
So - if my ifalias for interface gigabitethernet1/0/1 is "first server" (for example) i want to see name of this rule:

"Outgoing traffic on interface gigabitehternet1/0/1 - first server".
