Zabbix Action not working properly.

Hi All,

I am facing the issue related to Actions on Zabbix. I was defined Action to send messages as the table below:

I would like to Zabbix send messages to both user group but when a trigger problem appears Zabbix only send to user group named ITNW. So the DB team will missing the server event.

For more information:

These hosts have belonged to one of the host group.

Did I have the wrong config?

I resolved the problem, the DB team group has no assigned permission to the host or host group that they involved.
