Email notification problem

I eventually can send a notification from the following post here, but from console only (I'm running Zabbix 2.2 OpenSUSE)

Success sending with either root or zabbix user.

Please tell me how to approach my goal under the web front-end GUI?
Where possible do I put the script file "zext_msmtp.sh"? as I have not any folders inside /usr/local/share (reference)
Any permissions of chmod/chown need?
Any changes need for "AlertScriptsPath" in zabbix_server.conf?

Never mind, it works for now, by changing the AlertScriptsPath.

Sorry for my greed, I also would like to have your kind help again on the issue related.
I set the trigger last(60)=0 then changes to problem, but from the beginning of downtime, the last 20 issues is recorded at second 0 or 1, and the notification sent immediately afterward.

How can I set:
- If the downtime of host ABC >=60 second, then the message will allow to send, first sending.
- If the host ABC keep down in next 60 second afterward (120sec downtime in total), then sending the second message = second sending.
- If the hot ABC keep down in next whatever (120+ second), do nothing and waiting to this host is up, then third sending.
- In case of the other host XYZ down in 45th second (for an example) then up again in 50th second, do nothing.
