SNMP Interface 2 reports wrong name, correct data...
So Ive fallen fowl of the Simple SNMP Interface reporting yet again, I should know better. It reports the alias names correctly but the data is out. I transferred a sustained 800mbps from a server, the server interface reported 800mbps, the SNMPv2 reported 800mps, Simple SNMP report 120.
however, simple SNMP reports the correct interface names from the switch configbut just calls the ports, port1, port 2 etc.
Is there any way of taking the data that I've got in Zabbix and converting it? Or do I just kill the simple SNMP interfaces and start again.
I searched the forums to see if you can manually rename the interfaces but it looks like you cant, unless I could play around with the MYSQL data in phpmyadmin?
