Dear All,
Since last 3 years I am using Zabbix and I must say it is very powerful, flexible and great monitoring tool.
Next month our datacenter team going to plan very critical network related activity. Before that they need to analyze port utilization of each ethernet module of Cisco switch 6509.
We are monitoring this switch but in port description, we get Port : 1, Port : 10...Please have look at enclosed screenshot.
So network team is not able to identify the exact port ...
They need port descrption as below :
Cisco 6509 has 9 slot and 16 ports per slot so port name should be
1st slot ---> Port 1/1, port 1/2....Port 1/16
.
.
.
.
9th slot --> Port 9/1, Port 9/2.....Port 9/16
So please let me know if there is any easy way to identify the port. I am using Cisco 6509 template which i downloaded from Zabbix URL..
Thanks,
