The most efficient way of handling user access to screens?

I have several screens configured for our applications team. The screens they have access to display technical information such as disk space utilization, cpu utilization, etc. I also have a "management" screen that gives management a quick look view of one of our production applications and database. The problem I'm having is that the management screen is viewable by our applications team because the hosts I am including in that screen are viewable to my applications team.

I would like to be able to have more control over which screens each user group has access too. What is the best way to accomplish this?

Anyone have any ideas? I'm staring to think I will need to create separate hosts to accomplish this but it doesn't seem like the best method to do so.
