Trigger severities names change

Anybody changed trigger severities names via /adm.triggerseverities.php ? Is this operations safe ? or will impact any other configuration items on zabbix ?

Thanks, I've meant the build in functionality under the zabbix/adm.triggerseverities.php you've mentioned above. Since we have hundreds of configuration items I'm not sure if changing the severity name can affect any existing zabbix configuration or functionality.

My concern would be how would the the change affect action that use severity type - would the auto update or would they have to be manually updated. Something to keep in mind if you change them. We don't change them, we use the defaults.

Changes suggested by aigars are just for visualization, so don't worry about other places where severities might be included.
Actually, in database severities have numerical values.
