when alarm appear the associated action dose not work.

my zabbix version is 3.0.3
The phenomenon of action disapper in someday. zabbix_server.log dose not have useful information, the action in event also disapper. After i restart zabbx-server, this appearance disapper and action back to normal
can you help me to explain why this appearance appear?

Please try to clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Del) and then repeat the scenario on fresh session.
Please note your browser type and version. Try to unload/disable any extensions/plugins if you have some.
Nevertheless, it would be nice investment to the world if you could possibly update your zabbix 3.0 to the latest version which for today is 3.0.15.
