How to write manually template from MIB file to Zabbix ?

Hi, I am new in this area and I search the start point to learn how to work with MIB files for SNMP monitoring system Zabbix.
I am interested about Internet of things, how can I put all them that support snmp V2 in Zabbix?

I want to write manually template for Zabbix from MIB file, in the beginning with all objects.

Someone can help me with start point and basic explain about how the schema work?

I only know to to add hosts, how to connect them in map, how to monitoring the ports of links, and how to setup appliance ..

I need example of writing manually template form MIB file, for exampe example with Mikrotik router?

I know for Mikrotik exist the standard template inside the Zabbix, but I want to see how is creating process manually from MIB file.

You can give me links to another posts where I can read about my question also.

I am with test environment at home for my student purposes, IBM Server X3650 M3, VMWARE ESXI 5.5, latest Zabbix Appliance and one physical Mikrotik Router with Router OS 5.26 inside one old PC x86 architecture .
