zabbix icmpping trigger dependancy

Hi All,

I know this maybe a old question, but I am currently pulling my hair out. I am currently being spammed by alerts after server reboots. I have created a icmp ping trigger and all other triggers depend on this. Somehow I am still being spammed with alerts as all triggers fire off. Can someone please assist.

This is my ICMPING Trigger:

{Wyzetalk Template OS Linux:icmpping.max(#3)}=0

The item refresh rate is set to 60 secs interval.

That sounds correct - so on every other trigger is a dependency is set is like this? Where my unreachable is, that is where your ICMP Ping trigger would go.
