get ssh output in action

Hi

I've created an item in Zabbix to run a shell script in a server by ssh (with NO zabbix agent).
this shell returns an output text or nothing, so I created a trigger when to fire when length>0.

everything is working fine, however, in actions, when trigger fires I want to catch the output message (to send it by email).
where can I get this value?
