    SNOM Handsets

Hi There - was wondering if anyone has had any success monitoring active registrations on any snom handsets (or monitoring anything on them actually)

Have gone through this and can query those OID's via SNMPGET (from the Zabbix server) directly, but not able to collect any data if i set those OID's up as an Item in Zabbix?

The Item config is: snmpv2 type, OID in the OID section (but cant find the key for these specifics? could be the issue??)

    Any assistance would be great.

Can you post a screenshot of your item definitions? As long as your are using raw OIDs (and you can query from your zabbix server) it should definitely work.

Are SNMP_COMMUNITY and SNMP_VERSION correct? In the link shown above they're using SNMPv1 not SNMPv2 as stated in your post.

When you try and use the raw OID, it still requires a "KEY" right? The link posted lists OID's and no keys.

      Thats my issue? I think?

chivasregal, as I mentioned before pls. post a screenshot of your item definition.

        As a reference, see this:

For "SNMP OID", you have to enter the full OID as stated in the SNOM website.
For "key" you can choose whatever you want, just give it a telling name.
Pls. check that Port, community and "data type" are set correctly.

All good - working as intended. It seems i was not completing the Key section thinking that there was a unique Key required to the raw OID data. Which doesn't seem to be the case afterall.

Thanks for your prompt and very helpful assistance.
