Event Log & Severity

Hi Guys.
I defined Items for Windows Services:

eventlog[System,,Error|Critical]
eventlog[Security,,Audit Failure]
eventlog[Application,,Error|Critical]

I'm going to define the triggers and then the action for the items above. Please, help me to define the triggers.
