Public or private address?

I set up a server-proxy configuration.

Now it's time I start adding host (via agent).

Do I have to use hosts public address (so a new nat) or private, when i add them on zabbix frontend?

I presume proxy and hosts are in same subnet (for example 192.168.1.0).
In that case, add hosts using host private address. Don't forget to set "Monitored by proxy " field.
